Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Julian Beltran and I am a motion designer new to Houston. I have been following Control Shift Video for a while, and I really admire the work your studio produces. I especially like your OtterSpot Sizzle explainer video. It does a great job of illustrating the OtterSpot functionality in a visually engaging way.

I have a film degree from the University of Texas at Austin and over 7 years of experience in filming, animating, and editing for various clients around the world. I am new to Houston and am excited to work with talented people like your team at Control Shift Video.
